Custom automations & internal tools
We build the boring software that gives your team its time back.
Automation Glass builds custom automations and internal tools for teams that have outgrown copy-paste and spreadsheets. We’ll also tell you, before you spend a dollar, which parts are actually worth automating.
Not ready to hire anyone? Email us the question anyway. A real person reads it.
What we do
Pick whichever you need.
Some people know exactly what they want built. Some want help figuring that out first. Some just have a question. All three are fine.
We build it
You tell us what eats your team’s time. We build the automation that handles it and we run it past you before it goes live. Most things are working inside a few weeks.
Or we tell you what to build
Sometimes you just need someone to look at how you work and point at the two or three things actually slowing you down. We do paid reviews for that. You walk away with a plan and a number, hire us or not.
Or you just ask
Got a question about a tool, a workflow, or whether some idea is even worth it? Email us. We’ll give you a real answer. No pitch attached.
What this usually looks like
The stuff people actually call us about.
Yours not on the list? It probably still fits. Most of this work rhymes.
Apps that won’t talk to each other
We get them passing data back and forth so nobody’s copying numbers from one screen into another.
The repetitive stuff
Scheduling, invoicing, data entry, the reports someone builds by hand every Monday.
Internal tools
A small dashboard or admin panel built around how your team actually works, not how some SaaS thinks it should.
AI that earns its keep
Drafting replies, sorting tickets, summarising long threads. Where it saves real time, not where it’s a press release.
Reminders and handoffs
The follow-up that happens whether or not someone remembers to send it.
A second opinion
A look at your process first, so you don’t pour budget into automating the wrong thing.
How we work
How a project goes.
You tell us what’s slow
A call or a few emails. You describe what’s painful. We ask the questions that tell us whether it’s even worth fixing.
We send a price
One number, one timeline, before any work starts. If we think it’s not worth it, we’ll say so and point you somewhere cheaper.
We build it and stick around
You see it come together in pieces, not all at the end. When it’s done you’ll know how it works, and we’re still here if it breaks.
What it costs
Start free. Pay when there’s real work to do.
The first call is free. If it’s worth going further, the review is where we put a real number on what the problem costs you. Builds are quoted against that number — not against our hours.
Intro call
Free · 15 minutes
A quick call to hear what’s slowing you down and see whether we’re a fit. No prep, no pitch.

$250–$500
We work out what the problem is actually costing you — in hours, mistakes, and missed work — then map what’s worth automating and what fixing it is worth. Paid up front. You keep the write-up whether or not you build with us.

Quoted per project
Priced against what the problem costs you, not the hours we put in. Once the scope is clear you get one fixed number and a timeline before any work starts. Most focused builds land in one to three weeks.
Talk it throughThe review is paid up front, and the written recommendations are yours to keep — whether or not you hire us to build them.
How we work
A few things we won’t do.
Most of the regret we see comes from automating the wrong thing. So here’s where we draw lines.
Automate the boring part, not the thinking
The stuff worth automating is the repetitive stuff. Decisions that need a person should stay with a person. We don’t try to replace judgment.
We’ll talk you out of bad ideas
If a process changes every month or only runs twice a year, automating it usually costs more than it saves. Better you hear that from us than find out later.
It’s yours when we’re done
We build on tools you can keep running without us. No locked boxes, no “only we can touch this.” We’ll show you how it works.
Small and working beats big and someday
One thing live this month is worth more than a grand plan you’re still waiting on in June.
Who you’re working with
Small on purpose.
Automation Glass is an automation studio based in South Bend, Indiana, working with teams across the US. We keep the roster short on purpose — you talk to the people building your system, not a sales rep passing notes to a team you never meet.
We don’t do everything. We do automation: voice agents, internal tools, multi-agent pipelines, and the unglamorous integrations that make software actually talk to each other. The builds under What we build are real, and they’re close to the kind of thing we’d build for you.
We take on a handful of projects at a time. That’s deliberate — it’s how each one gets built properly instead of handed off and forgotten.
