Custom builds & consultancy
Stop doing admin work your team has outgrown
We build the automations and internal tools that take the manual work off your plate. And before any of that, we’ll tell you straight whether it’s even worth building.
How it works
01
A quick call
15 minutes. You show us where the time goes.
02
A price
One fixed number, one date. You decide from there.
03
We build it
In pieces, so you see it working as we go.
04
We hand it over
Docs, a walkthrough, and we’re around if it breaks.
What we build for you
Lead & data intake
Pull leads and records out of forms, calls, and chats into one place.
Appointment booking
An agent that checks your calendar and books the slots that qualify.
Quote & invoice flow
Quote → approval → invoice → the payment nudge nobody likes sending.
Reply handling
AI drafts the reply, you hit send. Or don’t.
Internal tools
A small dashboard or admin panel built around how you actually work.
AI integrations
Drafting and sorting wired into the tools you already use.
The paid review
First we figure out what it’s costing you.
Before anyone talks budget, we put a real number on the problem — in your numbers, not ours. That number is what a build gets priced against.
- Where the process breaks or slows down the most
- How many hours a week your team loses to it
- What it costs when something goes wrong — and how often that happens
- What this is stopping you from doing that would grow the business
- A real number: what the problem costs you a year — then what fixing it is worth
Common questions
More questions? See full FAQ →What does Automation Glass do?+
We build custom automations and internal tools — the software that handles the repetitive parts of running a business. We also do paid reviews where we look at how you work and tell you what’s worth automating and what isn’t.
What kinds of things do you build?+
Getting apps to share data so nobody re-keys it. Automating the routine back-office work — scheduling, invoicing, data entry, the reports someone rebuilds every week. Small internal tools and dashboards. And AI where it genuinely saves time, like drafting replies or sorting tickets, rather than because it sounds impressive.
Can I hire you just to advise, not build?+
Yes. Plenty of people want a plan and a second opinion before they spend on a build. We do a paid review, map out what you’re doing, and tell you what to tackle first and roughly what it’ll take. You can take that and hire someone else if you want — no hard feelings.
What does a project cost?+
Depends what it is. A single small workflow is cheap. A proper internal tool costs more. Either way you get one fixed number before we start, not an hourly meter that keeps running. Email support@automationglass.com or book a call and we’ll give you a real range, not a “it depends.”
