Automation Glass

Questions

The things people ask before they get in touch. If yours isn't here, email support@automationglass.comand we'll answer it.

What does Automation Glass do?+

We build custom automations and internal tools — the software that handles the repetitive parts of running a business. We also do paid reviews where we look at how you work and tell you what’s worth automating and what isn’t.

What kinds of things do you build?+

Getting apps to share data so nobody re-keys it. Automating the routine back-office work — scheduling, invoicing, data entry, the reports someone rebuilds every week. Small internal tools and dashboards. And AI where it genuinely saves time, like drafting replies or sorting tickets, rather than because it sounds impressive.

Can I hire you just to advise, not build?+

Yes. Plenty of people want a plan and a second opinion before they spend on a build. We do a paid review, map out what you’re doing, and tell you what to tackle first and roughly what it’ll take. You can take that and hire someone else if you want — no hard feelings.

What does a project cost?+

Depends what it is. A single small workflow is cheap. A proper internal tool costs more. Either way you get one fixed number before we start, not an hourly meter that keeps running. Email support@automationglass.com or book a call and we’ll give you a real range, not a “it depends.”

How long does it take?+

Small automations are usually live in one to three weeks. Bigger tools take longer. We build in pieces, so you see something working early instead of waiting months for one big launch that may or may not be what you pictured.

When is automating something a bad idea?+

When the process keeps changing, only runs a couple of times a year, or really needs a person making the call each time. Automating that kind of thing usually costs more to maintain than it ever saves. If that’s your situation, we’ll tell you instead of taking the work.

Where are you based?+

South Bend, IN, United States. We work with clients remotely all over the US.

How do I reach you?+

Email support@automationglass.com, or book a call. If you’ve just got a question and aren’t ready to hire anyone, that’s fine — send it anyway and we’ll answer.

Still stuck? Email support@automationglass.com or book a short consultation — both reach a real person.
